Registration 

Summary of important dates and registration fees:

Early bird registration (from February 21 to March 31): 225€ (coffee-breaks and lunches included)
Late registration (from April 01 to April 30): 275€ (coffee-breaks and lunches included)
Conference dinner: 40€ (accompanying visitors are welcome to join the conference dinner)
Payment certificates

The University of Vigo does not issue invoices of conference fees. Instead, the accounting    department of the University (Universidade de Vigo, CIF/Tax no. Q8650002B) will issue official payment certificates to participants or institutions that have transferred the fees or have   paid by credit card. If you need a certificate, please send email to esflc2023@uvigo.es and   provide details about your registration.

Registration process for all attendants/participants/accompanying visitors:

Step 1. Creating users in the registration platform Bubela.

All attendants/participants (even accompanying visitors that will join the conference dinner) need to register on another platform: Bubela, our University conference-registration platform (ConfTool, the other platform you may have already registered in, was used exclusively for abstract submission and reviewing).

To create a user name on Bubela:

  1. click on https://bubela.uvigo.es/bubela/publico/publico.php?funcion=alta_usuario&lang=en
  2. type your (First) Name and Surname
  3. select as Document type ‘Identity card or Passport’ and type your Document (i.e. Identity-card/Passport) number
  4. select Nationality
  5. select Gender
  6. type E-mail address
  7. suggest your Username (4-to- 15 characters)
  8. type your Password for this platform

Now you have a user on Bubela.

Step 2. Registration.

  1. Sign in Bubela again: https://bubela.uvigo.es/bubela/publico/publico.php?lang=en
  2. Visit the conference page on Bubela: https://bubela.uvigo.es/curso/esflc2023
  3. Click on Register:
  1. You will have to provide additional information about your institution, attendance days, attendance to reception and conference dinner, etc.
  2. Registration fees. Select one of these options:
    • Early-bird fees (225€) plus Conference dinner (40€): 265€ [This includes coffee-breaks, lunches and conference dinner. Important: If you do not select this option now, you may not be able to join the dinner]
    • Only early-bird fees: 225€ [This includes coffee-breaks and lunches]
    • Only conference dinner: 40€ [for accompanying person, invited guests]
  3. Click on OK. You will get the message “If you continue, a card transaction amounting to xxx€ will be generated”.
  4. Independently of whether you will pay by credit card or by bank transfer, click on CONTINUE, so that the registration process can be completed.
  5. Now the options are:
  1. Now
    • Click on PAYMENT BY CARD if you want to pay by credit card, Bizum or GooglePay (preferred option for us), type Card owner’s name and select Pay. Then you will leave the Bubela platform and will connect to our bank’s (Abanca) payment gateway.
    • Click on CANCEL ENROLMENT if you do NOT want to pay by credit card, Bizum or GooglePay but by bank transfer (dispreferred option for us). Only if you cannot pay with your credit card, Bizum or GooglePay, you can transfer the fees to our bank.
      • These are the details:
        • account IBAN: ES1420800501123110000112

        • account’s owner: Universidade de Vigo
      • Please add your name and reference to ESFLC2023.
      • Send proof of the bank transfer to the conference organisers (esflc2023@uvigo.es).
